Installing three OS (Windows, Ubuntu & Android OS) on a PC
The dual boot installation has been already explained above. Since there are new x86 versions of Android OS I also installed it to watch Amazon Prime videos on my PC as well as allowing my daughter to play games on laptop.
I experimented with the following Android x86 OSes and showing a comparison chart below:
Installation of Prime OS:
I chose PrimeOS as it was able to run & download Amazon Prime videos while, except RemixOS, others were not able to do it.
1. Create a separate partition on the hard disk. In case intend to use three Oses (along with Windows and Ubuntu) one can follow the following partition sizes:
2. Just create a bootable disk with the ISO file (I used standard version).
3. Follow the instructions given here for installation.
Note:
1. Prime OS is available in three formats – Mainline, Standard & Classic. Mainline and Standard are 64 bit Oses while Classic is 32 bit. Mainline is better for new processors which have better performance (after 2014 developed, mentioned on the web page https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/rom-x86-primeos-laptops-desktops-t3858992) while Standard is on processors developed after 2011.
